Craig Wise has over 25 years experience specialising in commercial finance in senior management roles within the banking industry.

Craig joined the Hales Douglass team in 2018 to launch Hales Douglass’ Finance division, so he can focus on providing a greater choice, fairness and more opportunity to his clients needing finance.

Craig has a diverse finance background, specialising in a range of industries including property development, caravan parks, motels, registered clubs, dairy, transport logistics, property services and franchising.

Ashley Frigo

Ashley Frigo joined the finance industry in 2019 as a broker’s assistant developing a passion for residential lending. Becoming a mortgage broker quickly became her focus, completing her certificate in Finance & Mortgage Broking in late 2021 and joining the High Definition Finance team as a qualified Mortgage Broker in early 2022.

With a background in real estate, Ashley’s knowledge of the buying and selling process helps her to guide her clients through their home loan journey, supporting them from initial meeting to settlement and beyond.

While her focus is residential lending, she hopes to expand her knowledge and expertise by completing her Diploma in Finance & Broking Management.

Ashley prides herself on offering personalised, initiative & transparent financial services, educating and empowering her clients and enjoys being a part of her client’s journey to secure their dream home, watch their renovations take shape or grow their investment portfolio.
